NICARAGUA - LAS PENITAS

After 2 days in Granada, Anne and me went to the Bigfoot Beach Hostel in Las Penitas to spend Christmas there. The hostel is located at the beach and has it's own swimming pool. As a Christmas treat to ourselves, we booked a private room instead of sharing a dorm with others. Bigfoot is a party hostel so I was actually happy we had our privacy and can just leave and go to sleep when we are tired. Which we did quite often. We literally just hung out at the pool, walked down the beach a little bit, went swimming in the sea at night and played pool, badly. So Christmas was very different, with sunshines, the sea, the pool and a lot of early drinking. But we had a lot of fun and honestly, I enjoyed not walking around and discovering for a short while.
